My approach is pragmatic and results-oriented, always working as if it were for myself. I believe there is a solution to every problem and am not afraid to expose pain points. Together with my clients, I develop action plans that truly work, whether they involve quick wins or complete transformations. I tailor my thinking to the client and communicate effortlessly with all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
In recent years, I have intensively guided companies in their circular activities and sustainable transitions. This involves giving by-products the right place and value within the circular materials policy, implementing circular business models, establishing ESG strategies, and optimizing production processes to reduce waste volume. My expertise in ESG implementation and CSRD reporting ensures that companies comply with the latest regulations.
I also serve as a sustainability expert within advisory boards and juries, and I mentor start-ups in their sustainable growth. Additionally, I regularly give presentations and training sessions to share my knowledge and inspire others to take action.
